Printer-up offers annual contracts, which include parts, labor, annual maintenance, and periodic cleaning.  We offer plans with same day response, next-day response.  We also offer hourly service (time and materials) at very competitive rates.  In any case, we respond to every service call as quickly as possible -- usually the same day or the next day.
